  1. If only I could get one of those old-fashioned appliances with the dials that only I control. I’m so tired of appliances of all kinds that only do what some idiot that never ran a household programed it to do.

    1. the waste and fraud built into all these modern ‘necessities’ and their planned obselessence to keep folks purchasing for life is truly shameful. but what’s even worse is now with AI the entire governance of the world is in the hands of programmers who never ran anything, not even a household!
