And for our musical selection . . .
Wishing y’all a lovely weekend, thanks for stopping by!

He means absolutely no bells & whistles like our modern vehicles. No heaters. no computer hookups, no soda holders, no automatic shifting, etc. just plain basics like a motor, gas pedal (which you controlled) brake, & possibly a shift gear (don’t know if that was part of the original cars think it was). I didn’t learn learned about shifts & gears until on a 36 Ford.

Thanks for clarification! I don’t remember the Model-T, but I bet my grandpa had one, he loved working on old cars. He gave me my first car from his collection, a ’66 Comet, quite the ‘sweet 16’ gift! But wow, it was SO cold in that car in winter, the heater could never keep up.

It’s not surprising that there is confusion from my comment – I am a wild and confusing guy.
But, I can attempt to clarify my comment for you, sure.
Where the meme shows the guy holding up a sign that’s says he wants a vehicle with 0% computer; I’m saying he wants a Model-T… it’s functional (and that is all) – and that’s not probable today UNLESS we go all the way back to an original model.

Got it now, thanks! I have a friend with a giant super-fancy van to haul her kids around in and it’s more fancy than my house!
