My husband had to cover for an employee yesterday who broke a crown and may need a root canal. He went to the dentist. The dentist referred him to an oral surgeon. He has an appointment next week to get a consultation about what they may be able to do for him. So he will have had 3 appointments that insurance paid doctors for before actually getting any treatment for his tooth. They didn’t even give him a painkiller. Said he can go take a Tylenol for his exposed nerve in his mouth.. doctors are insane.
