The above quote by Matt Andersson, former executive adviser, aerospace & defence, Booz Allen Hamilton, Chicago, was written in the Guardian in 2012, regarding the weaponization of weather. When the article was written 14 years ago, Andersson said that China, Israel, Russia, and the US already possessed the technology for use in military and black operations.
Booz Allen Hamilton received contracts in 2026 for the U.S. “Golden Dome” missile defense program along with systems engineering and integration of next-generation space-based missile warning and surveillance systems. Close public scrutiny to reign in military programs, dual-use systems, and atmospheric experimentation is urgently needed in order to protect our atmosphere and All Life on Earth.
“Few in the civil sector fully understand that geoengineering is primarily a military science and has nothing to do with either cooling the planet or lowering carbon emissions. While seemingly fantastical, weather has been weaponized.
