Geoengineered Homestead

A combo post–a bit of Homestead Happenings with a bit of my favorite conspiracy theory.

We are having our New Normal weather whiplash where 1/4 of the population pretends the weather has always been like this; another 1/4 couldn’t care less about it, normal or otherwise; 1/4 who think it’s all manmade, but not by tech, by carbon pollution; 1/8th who LOVE the idea of man controlling the weather; and the final 1/8th who believe one of the following: it’s NAZIS controlling the weather, aliens are controlling the climate, a global ice age is coming, too many paranoid plebs are actually causing climate change through their malignant minds, or, the world’s militaries have been using weather tampering against the public for many decades.

23 February 2026 | ZEROGeoengineering.com | Report below published in 2021 by the Land Forces Academy Review evaluates the use of weather influencing technologies and their impact on global security. The authors discuss potential damage resulting from weaponized weather changing activities: “artificially increasing the level of precipitation in order to cause floods and paralyze the enemy’s transport communications; artificially reducing the level of precipitation, in order to cause drought in enemy territories and difficulties in the supply of fresh water; the creation of unfavorable weather conditions that impede the conduct of hostilities (increased wind speed, deterioration of visibility); violation of radar and radio communication by direct impact on the Earth’s ionosphere. The use of technologies for changing the weather for military purposes leads to the destruction of infrastructure, paralysis of the economy, losses in agriculture, disruption of the work of state and commercial structures, mass casualties, large financial losses and demoralization of the local population.”

“increased wind speed?” check
“unfavorable weather conditions?” check
“artificially reducing the level of precipitation, in order to cause drought?” check
“demoralization of the local population” check, check and check!
Well they can certainly count me in! It’s indeed demoralizing to see the bumblebees out because it’s over 80 degrees for a week and all is blooming, only to then frost and kill all the buds. Including the fruit trees. Or to be told by a young gardener that ‘winter is our dry season’. What? Since when?! So I guess all seasons now are our ‘dry season’. Except for when it suddenly floods in one county while the neighboring county stays bone dry. Or the crazy winds that make these sudden and highly unnatural shifts with storm-level gusts that continue for days making any outdoor activity really unpleasant, if not impossible. Soon every five mile radius will have its own climate, and the technocrats will cheer, even if it makes vast swaths of the world uninhabitable by all but the scorpions and robots and data centers.

Can you see the honeybees on the henbit? The henbit does really well as a groundcover even through our last ‘wintery mix’ (used to be called snow). They also like the other early bloomers and I LOVE to see them. But, for bee sustainability it’s not a good thing, necessarily. If they build up their colonies too quickly too early there will be a lot of starvation of the young brood if (when) the temperatures plunge again killing off the buds.

Until that time I guess we’re stuck here counting our blessings.

We did get that frost, and now we’re going right back up to the 80s.

A few garden blessings doing well, one box under protection with lettuces, radishes, the last of the crucifers, some parsley and cilantro

Atleast if we can share some credible and valuable information while it’s available to us, the next generation might know more what they are in for when they move to the country thinking they’ll start a farm or homestead in order to escape the rat race. Newsflash, you might want to research underground gardening, because between the inclement weather and the cost of energy you won’t be able to garden, indoors or out!

It really helps to start seed indoors, an extra protection from weather whiplash season, but it’s not exactly economical these days.
Growing here are lots of tomatillos, my garden mission this year, and more broccoli, flowers, squash and lettuce.

Everybody’s doing it, nowhere to escape!

“Soviet science contributed significantly to our understanding of anthropogenic climate change and, as part of this, played a central role in the emerging science underpinning climate modification and geoengineering initiatives. A key focus of discussion was the use of stratospheric aerosols linked to the innovative ideas of Mikhail Budyko and colleagues. This work had its origins in what has been termed the theory of aerosol climatic catastrophe, which gained prominence in the Soviet context during the early 1970s.”

Onions also don’t like weather whiplash, but we usually get a decent crop
I finally got most of the strawberries replanted. They multiplied like rabbits last summer and I gave wheelbarrows full to the neighbors and still plenty went into the compost. It’s taken quite a lot of effort to get the strawberries to multiply during our summers, but I think I finally figured it out. We’ll have to wait and see how well they produce in a couple of months. I’ll keep y’all posted!

Thanks for stopping by, and be sure to watch your skies!

  1. good thinking kensho!! i have actually considered that the human race came from somewhere else and each species had their own planet. then someone kidnapped them and threw them together. they started killing each other because that is what they always did….they don’t belong on this world that is for sure! they don’t fit. no fur, feathers, scales, or fins. they can adapt but they don’t fit.

and i think you have the right of it. it is built in to be this rotten …i have thought too that only when they change at the cellular level and i don’t mean government and corporations forced dna change. i mean something else makes them change and they stop being what they are today.

you hit on it kensho!! well done!!

    1. Yes H, I’m all for speculation! If they can do it, why not we?! It is ultimately about power I think. Power in the external, that is ‘the grid’ and who is in control of it at any particular moment, and how it’s extracted, by whom and why.

Who really belongs here? Maybe all, maybe none. Maybe we will never know. But we can protect ourselves in any case, still. We can reject the scorpions who play among the frogs. We can call out the wolves in sheeps’ clothing. Pigs will be pigs, but we don’t have any reason to pretend they are not pigs.

War, our constant state, for centuries, will be our lot. God help us.

war would end if the rulers and those who ordered it had to be on the front line! lead it not underground safe and sound. front line. before the lowest soldier! how quick it would end!

the lords of war hard at it again! lots of money in war. the rich pay money to go and kill in the many wars. they pay to murder basically and they can because it is war!

i keep thinking of the song War Pigs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQUXuQ6Zd9w

your right about speculation. we have what we have are powerless to change what IS…see it for what it is…not what we want or wish it could be. ! well said again kensho.

i can see why you were a teacher and a good one too i have no doubt!

you should write a book at the least about your experiences traveling and homesteading. i have a friend in new york city. never been out of the city and lives through books. and always wants stories from the homestead. she loves them!

  2. and the orange man signed an executive order giving immunity to bayer and an ORDER to spray more glysophates because only gmo seed grows in it. they have killed off the natural. most of it. and are doing so with their whip lash. some plants that emerged won’t do so again after hit with a frost. others won’t produce seed. glysophate kills the soil so kills more natural producing seed plants. no more seed except what his corporate handlers sell us.

add to that we had 70s one day and the temperature dropped to 30 in 2 hours time. my honey bees were out gathering water, minerals. bee exercise flights it was such a nice day. until the chemical wind came. i have never seen that before except in a movie. can’t say that now. it kills all the bees that were outside the hive. they didn’t return and the rest of the hive died. frozen. not enough bees left to keep the queen and brood warm.

wiped out my last wild caught hive. i won’t do it again. i just can’t watch them die for no reason and i had no way to stop it or protect them. you can’t protect or guard against this level of evil by government and corporations. that isn’t a conspiracy!! it is a fact! as you and i both know. being homesteaders. it is criminal watching my fruit trees blossom in january only to be wiped out with a freeze. some are blooming again and got hit a 2nd time. won’t be long there won’t be any fruit trees left except the monsanto kind or bayer the poison pill company.

evil never sleeps and it is man made! every bit of the evil comes from humans. none stop. people willing to carry it out, willing to make the poison, willing to serve evil willing to be servants to billionaires and bankers. willing to do harm to each other and the planet. because they got theirs! for now! ..

    1. Just a small addition. my fruit trees normally boom end of march first of april. never january as they have done this year. but that doesn’t change anything the nutbags with airplanes never miss a year of blooms. they watch for it and here they come. spray away the blooms with a sudden unexpected freeze. and the pilots laugh and laugh and laugh. they got it done anothe year

this year..? i don’t know what happened to make them bloom early perhaps a new spray they are experimenting with. all my trees and my roses bloomed in december and january. a few this month though mostly they have no blooms left. just leaves that are emerging and shouldn’t be…too early. and they kill the new leaves with a chemical cold.

and the demons behind the sticks laugh and laugh and laugh! they got it done for their corporate masters

  3. This weather is absolutely insane. I’ve only been alive for 35 years and I can tell you that it hasn’t always been like this. It was 68° last week. It snowed Sunday. It has been mid 50s and raining all week. It’s supposed to snow again next Monday and be 73° by the end of next week. Weather whiplash for sure.

    1. Absolutely! And if it were ‘normal’ we’d still be growing peaches here, and loads of other fruit trees, like they were able to in past generations. They imagine the repercutions of their tampering is tolerable and life will adjust, I suppose. Or maybe not, maybe they really couldn’t care less.

          1. they are insane. they think they can kill everything natural and replace it with their own creations and make the planet and all its life THEIRS. patented and silent. they love the idea of a silent forest. no birds, no bugs. they have mechanical bees to replace the ones they killed. they think they can destroy the world and remake it in the IMAGE…the image of diseased minds!

truly, they are insane. ! and they have the power to make it happen! people gave it to them willingly. happily. not everyone of course but a good 90% or more.

            1. Thanks for popping in H and for solidarity! I spend too much time thinking about how those of us who see the monstrous destruction and experience it as intolerable and feel so compelled to at least speak out, if that’s all we can do, are so very different from ‘the norm’.

I’m starting to consider something totally new for me. I’ve looked to psychology and philosophy mostly to broach this existential question, others have tried religion and spirituality much more, but I’ve not found the answers through these channels. Now I’m considering– what if it is actually biological? What if what we currently consider as personality differences, traits, or even sociopathy/psycopathy are actually far deeper, as in species-level? What if humans are not different ‘types’ as we think, but different species?

It might help us better adjust as individuals against the mobs. You know, like a cardinal looking from a tree limb at the vultures devouring a carcass. It would be far more refreshing an outlook I think. I don’t waste any of my valuable time and thought and energy trying to figure out why vultures do what they do, I just accept that’s what vultures do. Then I’d spend my time more constructively, not trying to understand vulture behavior, but learning the calls and signs and tells in order to recognize that species instantaneously, and so then too, I don’t waste my precious resources thinking vultures can become cardinals. hmmm . . .
